  IHOP cant go wrong. They have the best coffee, the best pancakes, and they are fast.. have been going here almost every Sunday for the past 10 year. Every now and then i get a lunch to go... bacon cheeseburger and fries. highly recommend.

  We had a party of six around noon on a Sunday, my girlfriend and I arrived early and put in my name. We were told 15-20 minutes, so we went to wait outside. When the rest of our party arrived a few minutes later they went in to check where we were on our list... the host told them that she had called me four times and had gone outside to yell my name (not true), and now we were bumped down on the list. Not even ten minutes had passed since arriving, let alone 15 to 20, and the staff were extremely rude and seemed totally indifferent about not telling us the table was ready.
  
  I wanted to leave, but they found us another table quickly, so in we went. We mostly ordered breakfast stuff. The food was standard IHOP fare, perfectly tolerable. The service was a different story. Our waitress apparently could not comprehend a basic drink order; we asked for water for everybody, she brought a few glasses and then disappeared for 15 minutes, we had to ask her for the rest of our drinks when she came back to take the food order. We never bothered asking for refills. Two people in our party ordered grits and they took 45 minutes to come out, everyone else was done with their meals by the time they arrived. The waitress brought the check without asking if we wanted anything else.
  
  We sat and chatted for about an hour and a half after we paid the bill. The place was nearly empty after a while, and still nobody bothered asking if we'd like any water. A few minutes before we left, we noticed a waitress squirting glass cleaner on a coffee filter and wiping the window with it. That should give you an idea of what this IHOP location is like. Probably the worst experience I've ever had eating out.

  For the most part the food was really good. I got the all you can eat pancakes with eggs and bacon and it was delicious. My only complaint was the lack of dank memes. Nobody who worked at the location had ever seen the Bee Movie. The year is 2017 and that movie came out ten years ago. They had all that time and nobody even reacted when I asked them if they like jazz. The food was good but this lack of understanding is disturbing. It's like the server's don't even live in the year 2017.

  My girlfriend and I came here for our anniversary breakfast and we absolutely loved our meal. My girlfriend had the stuffed french toast with strawberries and bananas and I had the eggs benidict.
  
  We arrived quite early, so there was no wait. Once seated we ordered breakfast drinks and we're told if we wanted water as well we could take it from the pitcher on the table. In my opinion it's good that they have a pitcher of water on every table because you don't have to wait for a server if you want more water.
  
  We waited almost no time at all for our meals to be served - that probably was because there were only two other parties in the restaurant at the time. For the price we paid, we got quite a bit of food, but not so much that it made you feel like you stuffed yourself early in the morning (after all there is a gym next door and you wouldn't want to eat a huge after workout meal).
  
  The restaurant was clean and the service was great and the staff was nice.
  
  Overall I would recommend Le Peep to anyone who wants a good quality breakfast for a reasonable price. I will definitely be back in the future!
